Our patient portal is part of Clinic To Cloud, the practice management software we use at Beyond Words Therapy Centre. It is a convenient place where you can view all your appointment and invoice details.


APPOINTMENTS:

From the patient portal you are able to view your future scheduled appointments as well as the complete history of your past appointments with us. You may also confirm your appointments from within the portal to advise us that you will be attending the appointment.


DEMOGRAPHICS:

For new clients. You will be able to assist us in collecting your demographic information to save us time when you come in for your initial appointment. Please fill out all the relevant details on both the "Personal Info" and "Account Info" tabs.

For existing clients. You will not be able edit the demographic information as we should already have most of this information on file. However, we ask that you please review the information and contact us if any details are incorrect or missing so we can update it.


INVOICES:

From the patient portal you also have access to your current billing and account information. You will be able to easily view any outstanding invoices as well as your complete history of past invoices.

Please review this regularly and ensure you are up to date with your payments.

Invoices are able to be downloaded to PDF (select "print" and then Save as PDF) if required. Invoices that have been paid will be shown as receipts with no debt amount showing.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS:

If you are the nominated contact as a parent/guardian to multiple accounts (i.e. siblings/children), you will find that once you log in to the portal, you will be able to choose whose account you wish to view. Unfortunately you are only ever able to view invoice/appointment information for a single account and not a collation of all the invoices/appointments of the separate client files under your name. We understand this would be a greatly beneficial feature and have requested this to be implemented in future Clinic To Cloud upgrades.


HOW TO LOGIN TO YOUR PATIENT PORTAL:

Your login: is the email you have provided us with (youremail@example.com)

Password: you should have received an email from Clinic To Cloud with your temporary password.

You can sign-in on https://patientportal.clinictocloud.com.au/login or following the link on our home page.

Please Note: For security purposes, you should change your password.

Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting

1.  I have not received the email from Clinic To Cloud with my login details.
Please make sure you check the email address you provided us with in your initial correspondence with us or the email you provided when filling out our on-line client questionnaires.

If you believe you definitely have not received an email from Clinic To Cloud, we ask that you please check your spam or junk email folders as it is an automated email that gets sent from Clinic To Cloud and may be subject to filtering.


2.  I've looked in my junk/spam folder and I still cannot find the email from Clinic To Cloud.

Please try to reset your password by selecting the Forgot password? link from the login page. Clinic To Cloud should send you a new temporary password. Again, please check your spam/junk email folders.


3.  I still have not received the reset password email from Clinic To Cloud!

If you still have not received an email from Clinic To Cloud, we do apologise for the trouble and we ask that you please contact us either via our contact page, via email or by giving us a call directly. We may have entered your email incorrectly into our system. We will also be able to run an internal login test to ensure your portal is up and running so that it will function next time you try to reset your password via the Forgot password? link from the login page.


4.  I am using the app I downloaded onto my mobile phone/tablet.

Please do not use the app but simply the browser on your phone to log onto the patient portal at https://patientportal.clinictocloud.com.au/login. The app is for providers only so the patient portal will not work through the app!
